How This Started

This started with my cousin.
We share the same birthday, so we've always been close. She went on a mission trip to Belize and ended up helping at an orphanage there. She loved it so much that my aunt flew down too and came home with two adopted daughters.
But something didn't sit right. The girls had a brother still down there. So my aunt went back, stayed half a year, and brought him home too. I have three cousins from Belize now.
Talking to them and my aunt, one thing kept coming up: the orphanage is run well, but when kids age out, there's nothing to prepare them for a real job. That's the gap we're trying to fill.
We don't just want them out into the world when they turn eighteen, we want to empower them to step confidently into the workforce, transforming vulnerability into lasting self reliance.
